Manager/Supervisor
Environment Control is hiring a full-time, evening/night Supervisor for the Spokane Valley/Spokane area! The responsibilities of this position include coverage for basic janitorial duties as needed, knowledge of assigned area, training of new hires, supervision of 25+ employees, customer satisfaction, utilization of smart phone for work tasks, and a strong commitment to completing all assigned work tasks. The position requires regular travel daily throughout the assigned area with your own vehicle.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Train new hires.
- Effectively manage labor.
- Effectively handle customer issues and resolve problems. The quality of service determines the security of each customer.
- Complete all formal inspection reports in a professional manner.
- Ensure all employees are trained properly and are aware of company policies.
- Communicate hiring needs.
- Utilize ticketing system.
- Ensure all cleaning in the assigned area is completed, including covering cleaning duties as needed.
- Attend all company meetings.
- All other tasks/duties assigned within the scope of the Supervisor position.
What You'll Need:
- Must have 1 year of management experience.
- Training experience (preferred).
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Must have own vehicle and willingness to utilize it for work purposes.
- Must have working smart phone and willingness to utilize it for work purposes.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to carry and lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with an ability to problem solve independently.
- Must have Limited Working Proficiency (Level 2) in English, with the ability to understand basic training and safety instructions. Bilingual applicants are highly recommended to apply!
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
